Aid Effectiveness & the Establishment of Explicitly Government-Led Development Partnerships

Design and evaluation of Sector Wide Approaches to Programming (SWAPs); definition of development partnership protocols & MoUs to ensure centrality of host-country led aid frameworks, and donor harmonisation mechanisms in line with the principles of the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness and Accra Agenda for Action.

Private Sector Development: systemic reforms to increase the role of the private sector in development, and promote inclusive economic growth which benefit the poor, especially women and unemployed youth.

Programme Management of National Development Initiatives

Team leadership and intellectual oversight of multi-disciplinary teams on the design, implementation and evaluation of national initiatives in diverse areas of Governance & Public Sector Reform; Water & Sanitation; HIV & Aids; Safety, Security and Access to Justice; Agriculture and Natural Resources Management; Education and Social Development.

Political Economy Analysis & Change Management

Undertaking political economy analyses, clarifying underlying theory of change, facilitating strategy formulation workshops; and designing change-management interventions for top levels of government and corporate structures.

Lecturing and action learning workshops

Designing and delivering courses on Public Sector Reform & Organisational Change for senior public servants.
